Undergraduate Academic Program Office Home > Degree Programs > Undergraduate Undergraduate ProgramThe Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in the School of Management is designed to prepare students for eventual managerial roles in both the private and the not-for-profit sectors. The curriculum emphasizes both a broad exposure to mathematics and the social sciences and a general education in management studies. The program of study in management gives particular attention to understanding the business firm in society; the management functions of planning and control; the behavior of organizations; the tools of modern management, including accounting, economics and statistics; and the ways in which managers perform such functions as production, marketing, finance and industrial relations. The school's program is accredited by AACSB International - The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. There are undergraduate concentrations in such areas as accounting, financial analysis, human resources management, internal auditing, international business, management information systems and marketing. |
